As a fellow perioperative professionals, I was invited to take part in an important research study. I wanted to include the voices of Central Valley AORN 0520 Members, not only to be sure that we were addressing the issues that matter to all Perioperative Nurses, but also because of our foregrounding experiences that shows respect for our expertise.
